Hmmmmm...... What can I say about these shakes?...........I love them! And I'm not just saying that...... I really do love them! I've only had a handful of different protein shakes in my lifetime and each one of them have been very tasty.............. but I like the benefits that comes along with this shake. ;-) So to start off..our Z-shakes come in two flavors: Vanilla and Chocolate. Each bag contains 15 servings and there's only 100 calories per serving! Our shakes are made with Whey Protein and Pea Protein. The cool thing about this shake is.....is that it has built into it carb blocking nutrients....which means it blocks your carbs from absorbing into your system and turning and or storing into fat!! How cool is that! I know I need all the help I can get! It's also low in fat..1.3 grams and has 5 grams of fiber! Just to also let you know is........ that I am lactose tolerant....I hate to believe that my body doesn't accept milk because I love milk! So I only drink my shakes with water and it tastes just as good as it does with milk...and it still has thickness but not as much as taken with milk of course....BUT it gets the job done! I....absolutely love this fat burner! This is such a help in the area of trying to losing weight! And let me tell you...I needed it..... and I STILL do! It's recommended that you take it everyday 3 times a day 15 to 30 minutes prior to your meal. Zeal Cleanse is so simple, easy to use aaaaaannnnnndddddd it works terrifically! When I received this I used it right away. I hadn't cleansed myself since I had my last baby which was in January of 2012! Boy did I need a cleansing! The cleansing process is very gentle. It comes in tablet form with 30 in a bottle. It is recommended that it is taken with 12 ounces of water. This can also be taken two ways. 1.) You can take one tablet a day for 30 days in the mid-afternooon for a gentle cleanse but if you need and want a more rapid cleanse....you can take one tablet a day for three times a day for ten days to get cleanse more thoroughly.
